Workplace Pensions are changing - we can help

The Government has introduced new legislation which will make it compulsory for almost all employers to provide a qualifying workplace pension scheme for their employees and to make contributions into the scheme.

Implementation will be phased in over the next few years, starting in October 2012.

Failure to comply with the legislation will attract significant penalties.

Got employees? Don't get caught out!

If you employ any part-time or full-time staff, and
If any of those employees are aged between 22 and normal retirement age, and
If any of those employees earn more than £7,475 a year (£143.75/week).

Then you will have no choice but to provide a qualifying pension scheme for your employees.
